iOPS is a browser extension for opening iCare tickets and exporting/importing Change ticket fields.
When you choose Export CHG, the extension reads supported fields from the open iCare Change form and creates a local HTML file. That file contains the exported field values and may contain sensitive business or infrastructure information. It is saved through your browser. If you send or share the file, you control who receives it.
When you choose Import CHG, the extension reads the HTML file you select and uses its values to populate the iCare Change form. iOPS does not automatically submit the Change ticket. The iCare website may communicate with its own servers while resolving and validating records such as Configuration Items and Related Project.
When an operation fails, iOPS may save the most recent diagnostic report
in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local).
The report contains items such as a support code, extension version,
timestamp, elapsed time, field-category labels and success/failure counts.
It is designed not to include ticket field values, server names, project
names, credentials, cookies or session tokens. You can clear this report
using Debug / Support → Clear.
The extension does not include an analytics service or an automatic
upload of exported Change files or diagnostic reports to the developer.
Opening tickets navigates to the appropriate iCare or IPMO website.
Links in the About dialog to getz.ir are opened only when
you click them. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
iOPS uses browser permissions for the active tab, downloads and local extension storage, and access to the iCare Create Change page, to provide its ticket navigation and Change transfer features.
